Born and raised in Paris suburbs, I became an observer of its rich fauna, an intricate inter-racial and inter-class milieu. Since then, I have tried to understand its biorhythm. It lead to personal interests in social, political, environmental and ecological domains, all of them blending into my artwork to create a personal vision of our society. I define my work as visceral in contrast to industrialized or fashion/hype art. I am concerned about personality and originality when globalization produces a world-wide homogenization of art.
